This really exists. It's a horribly-animated zero-budget film made with MS Paint drawings and a public domain audio play from the 1940s. It wouldn't even count as a rip-off, if not for the year it came out, 2010 – the same year Disney released their reimagining of Alice in Wonderland.
And yes, this is the same MS Paint Alice in Wonderland that inspired the Creepypasta Neo Theta wrote awhile back.
